Kauaʻi Bon Dance Schedule 2026

Food: Nishime and dioja dinner plates (Friday), roast pork and akule dinner plates (Saturday); also andagi, flying saucer, pronto pup, inari and maki sushi, spam musubi, gandule rice, and saimin from temple food booths

Parking/access: Parking available at the Old Waimea Sugar Mill and across the highway at the West Kauai Technology and Visitors Center

Food: Flying saucers, pronto pups, andagi, assorted bento, snacks, and dinner plates from temple food booths (open 6 p.m.)

Parking/access: Handicapped parking with placards reserved on temple grounds; traffic monitors direct crossing along Kuhio Highway; cash-only, no outside food or pop-up tents

Food: Flying saucers, andagi, Anda-Dawg (andagi pronto pup), yakitori, curry and rice, nishime plate, roast pork plate, maze sushi, cone sushi, and shave ice from temple food booths

Parking/access: Shuttle vans from Waimea Hongwanji Mission to the event have helped ease limited on-site parking in recent years

Food: Flying saucers, shoyu chicken, nishime, plate lunch, saimin, mochi, and manju from temple food booths

Parking/access: Parking volunteers direct traffic on-site from 3:00–7:30 p.m. both evenings

Parking/access: Spacious grass lawn with relatively ample parking off Kaumualii Highway (Hwy. 50).
