What to expect
Hawaiʻi's 40-year-old celebration of kūpuna (elders) and their mastery of hula, founded in 1982 to give seniors a platform to perform and socialize. Nearly 300 dancers from Hawaiʻi, Japan, Canada, and Alaska showcase a lifetime of dedication to preserving Hawaiian cultural traditions.

Food & vendors: Craft fair scheduled 8 AM–5 PM both days; prior-year venue materials described a public local-vendor fair with Hawaiian apparel, art, gifts, and island-made goods.
Parking & access: Performance ticket details are not yet posted for 2026. Prior-year materials treated the craft fair as public/free and the hula performance as paid; parking and access should be rechecked closer to September.
