What to expect
The Honolulu Cherry Blossom Festival is a long-running cultural program run by the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce to perpetuate Japanese culture and develop young women of Japanese ancestry. It spans roughly January through March each year, opening with a ceremony at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi's New Year's ʻOhana Festival and culminating in the Festival Ball where the Cherry Blossom Festival Queen and Court are selected.
