The Buy Black Marketplace is an established, active monthly event celebrating Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs at the Shrine of the Black Madonna Cultural & Event Center. Founded in 2017 by Cynthia "Nailah" Nelson, it features 30+ vendors (jewelry makers, artists, authors, clothing designers, food vendors) on 1st and 3rd Saturdays year-round. Vendors can register via the BBM Vendor portal; no public roster list is available, but attendees vary monthly for unique experiences.
