JCCH Craft & Collectibles Fair × Aki Matsuri
Saturday, November 14, 2026
JCCH Craft & Collectibles Fair × Aki Matsuri is listed for Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi in Honolulu, Oahu, 9 AM – 1 PM.
The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi was incorporated in 1987, with conceptual roots in the 1985 Kanyaku Imin centennial—the 125th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Hawaiʻi. Its mission is to preserve the legacy of plantation-era Japanese immigrant pioneers and educate present and future generations about the Japanese American experience in Hawaiʻi.
The Craft & Collectibles Fair is a recurring fair series held in the JCCH's 1st Floor Courtyard and Breezeway. The November edition pairs the fair with Aki Matsuri (秋祭り, "Fall Festival"), a harvest-season community celebration. The 2025 edition featured 18 local craft vendors selling Japanese and Japanese-inspired items—including kokedama, antiques, and handcrafted jewelry—alongside 9 food vendors, live cultural programming, an Urasenke Way of Tea ceremony demonstration, Okinawan shishimai (lion dancing), and Shichi-Go-San kimono dressing by appointment.
