Hawaiʻi State Farm Fair
Saturday, July 11, 2026
Hawaiʻi State Farm Fair is listed for Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Hawaii Farm Bureau in Whitmore Village, Oahu, 9 AM – 8 PM.
The Hawaiʻi State Farm Fair was started in 1962 by the Hawaii Farm Bureau as a way to promote public awareness of Hawaiʻi's agricultural and ranching industries. Organized in partnership with the Hawaiʻi State Department of Agriculture and the Hawaiʻi 4-H Livestock Council, the fair has touched four generations of island families. After a two-year hiatus it relocated to a new permanent home on 50 acres of agricultural land at Kahi Kani Park in Whitmore Village, with the 60th annual edition taking place in 2026.
The fair centers on 4-H livestock exhibitions — steers, goats, chickens, and pigs — alongside educational exhibits, farm equipment displays, a plant sale and country market featuring locally grown orchids and tropical plants, and hands-on agricultural experiences for keiki. A rotating lineup of local food vendors serves island favorites, and on-stage entertainment and contests round out the two-day program.

About food festivals
Hawaii's food festivals celebrate a signature crop or local specialty — 100% Kona coffee, the sweet Kula onion, summer lychee, or the islands' love of SPAM. Expect farmers and producers, chef demonstrations, tastings, and artisan markets.
Many are tied to a harvest season and double as community fundraisers. Some are single-day street festivals; others, like the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival, run for a week or more across multiple venues.
- Come hungry and bring cash for tastings and vendor booths.
- Harvest dates shift year to year — confirm the current date before you go.
